VISITING RULES OF THE EXHIBITION


All persons who accepted the organizer’s invitation to attend the exhibition, as well as those who registered online, agree to these Rules and undertake to comply with them.
Registration is MANDATORY for all visitors.
• On the first day, entry to the exhibition is open only to professional visitors. A professional visitor is a business owner, sole proprietor, executive, manager, specialist, or other representative of a domestic or international company, enterprise, public authority, association, or union attending the exhibition for business and professional purposes.
• To confirm professional status, the Organizer has the right to request supporting documents: a business card, power of attorney, official letter from the represented company, or any other document confirming professional affiliation.
• Entry to the exhibition is allowed only with a badge. The badge is issued at the registration desk at the entrance to the exhibition venue and is valid for the entire duration of the event.
• A badge can be obtained upon presentation of a completed invitation or registration form.
• An electronic badge can be obtained via online registration on the official exhibition website. In this case, it must be printed in A4 format, folded as indicated, and presented at the entrance without passing through the registration area.
• Filling in the registration form when exchanging an invitation for a badge is mandatory. Forms are available at tables near the registration desk.
STUDENT VISITS TO THE EXHIBITIONPlease note that the exhibition is a strictly business-oriented event aimed at business owners and professionals. It is not an educational or sightseeing event; therefore, student attendance is allowed only in exceptional cases.
Student admission procedure:A limited number of students may attend as part of an accredited group from a профиль university, accompanied by lecturersEach university may submit up to 15 students from relevant facultiesUp to three lecturers must accompany the group and are responsible for discipline and compliance with rulesStudent visits are allowed only on the final day of the exhibition — 5 March 2027Persons under 18 years old are not permitted

• The Organizers reserve the right to verify documents confirming age and affiliation with the educational institution. In case of non-compliance, entry may be denied.
• Transfer or resale of visitor badges to third parties is prohibited. The Organizer may verify the badge holder’s identity with an ID document.
• Any trade, distribution of promotional materials, presentations, demonstrations, or similar activities on the exhibition premises are prohibited without written permission from the Organizer.
• Visitors must comply with the business nature of the event and general standards of conduct.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who violate the rules, behave aggressively, insult staff or security, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• In case of violation of these rules, the Organizer may deny access without any compensation.
• The Organizer may enforce public health and safety regulations applicable during the exhibition dates and refuse entry to visitors who do not comply.
