Please read the information on what to do at the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in the event of an emergency or potential threat.
● When arriving at the International Exhibition Centre (IEC), familiarize yourself with the signs indicating the location of the civil protection shelter. If you are unable to locate the shelter, please ask the Organizers or IEC security staff for assistance.● Pay attention to alerts from the IEC notification system or the “Kyiv Digital” app.● Follow the instructions of the exhibition Organizers and security staff during an air raid alert.● When an air raid alert is announced, remain calm and leave your stand or the area where you are located. Take your documents and personal belongings with you and, most importantly, make sure to take your exhibitor badge, which serves as your pass to the exhibition.● Follow the designated routes and signs to the shelters located in the basement areas of 1A and 1C (Pavilion 1) and 3C (Pavilion 3).● If necessary, assist and guide anyone who may need help.● During an air raid alert, security staff control the entrance doors and allow people to leave the pavilion only. Visitors are not permitted to enter the pavilion.● The Organizer, together with security staff, will inspect the exhibition area to ensure that all exhibitors, visitors, and Organizer staff have left the pavilion and are in the shelter.● You may leave the shelter and return to the pavilion only after the air raid alert has ended and upon specific instructions from the Organizers.● After the air raid alert has ended, exhibitors must return to their stands within 15 minutes and present their exhibitor badge at the entrance.● Visitors may enter the exhibition 20 minutes after the air raid alert has ended upon presentation of their visitor badge.
